This 9 week course will take a deeper look into your health goals, provide health and wellness education regarding the Eight Whole Health Components of Proactive Health and Wellbeing. Veteran will sample Complementary Health approaches such as Yoga and Tai Chi as well as establish a Personalized Health Plan.

| | These Tai Chi classes are limited to 15 veterans in the community park. Walk-ins are welcome until we are at capacity. Mindful Movement - This is a mind-body exercise for people of all abilities, including those in wheelchairs or use a walker.
