MOVE! Women
 
Time: 1:00 PM- 2:00 PM (CST)
Location: PEC B & C (Bldg. 26, Rooms 023/024)
 
You must attend the MOVE! Intro course prior to being enrolled in this course.
 
MOVE! is a weight management, health promotion program designed to improve the lives of Veterans. MOVE!’s core ideas—encouraging healthy eating behavior, increasing physical activity, and promoting even small weight losses—are easy to follow and based on the latest in nutrition science. With the help of your MOVE! care team, you can reduce health risks, prevent or reverse certain diseases, improve your quality of life, and even live longer!
 
Tai Chi
 
Time: 3:00 PM- 4:00 PM (CST)
Location: Auditorium
 
These Tai Chi classes are limited to 15 Veterans in the community park and 25 in the Auditorium. Walk-ins are welcome until we are at capacity. Mindful Movement - This is a mind-body exercise for people of all abilities, including those in wheelchairs or use a walker.
 
Yoga
 
Time: 4:30 PM- 5:30 PM (CST)
Location: Dole VA Auditorium
 
This Yoga class is limited to 15 participants for the next few months but walk-ins are welcome until we are at capacity.
