This Healthy Teaching Kitchen class aims to help Veterans and their caregiver by teaching the basics of grocery shopping, cooking, and food safety, to make healthier choices to help manage Diabetes. It is suggested Veteran also enrolls in the Healthy Teaching Kitchen Demo & Tasting class following this session.
